AIC 200 Single Loop Controller

Micro-based ¼ DIN Single Loop Controller is a ¼ DIN microprocessor based, single loop controller. It will control a variety of processes including those requiring simple onoff to dual 420mA ouputs with full PID. Thermocouple and RTD linearization are automatic. MIC 1166 Basic Profiler

The 1/16 DIN MIC 1166 profile controller, although small, packs a punch by holding up to 4 programs of 16 free-format segments each, including an event output. The MIC 1166 profile controller can be configured from the front of the instrument or through a configuration port using a PC. The configuration port has a dual purpose; first, it can be used to modify the controller setups and, secondly, it can be used to transfer programs or profiles. Features of the MIC 1166 profile controller include guaranteed soak, delayed start, profile active output, profile recovery features, profile cycling, and an optional digital input for remote run/hold. The MIC 1166 profile controller can be utilized in applications that require temperature control sequences such as ramp/soak profiles to be stored and implemented.

Microcontroller based, RaPID™ process controllers with dual display. RaPID™ (Response assisted PID) employs fuzzy logic to continuously re-blend the P, I, and D components for exceptional control and response. Pre-tune and Auto-tune are also available and used in conjunction with RaPID™. While it may sound complicated, use is as easy as pressing a few buttons. The MIC 1420 is a 1/4 DIN controller and the MIC 1820 is a 1/8 DIN controller.

MIC 1460 High-End Profiler

The MIC 1460 profile controller is a microprocessor based, single loop, 1/4 DIN controller with programmable setpoint programs Two automatic tuning types come standard with the MIC 1460 profile controller. The Pre-Tune facility is used to set the profile controller’s PID control parameters to values which are approximately correct in order to provide a base from which the Self-Tune facility may subsequently optimize tuning. The Self-Tune facility is used to optimize tuning while the controller part of the Partlow MIC 1460 profile controller is operating. Auto/manual control is user-selectable with “bumpless” transfer into and out of manual control.

The Partlow MIC 1460 profile controller has comprehensive front panel displays that display the process value and the setpoint.
