515 Rotor-X Paddlewheel Flow Sensors

Simple to install with time-honored reliable performance, Signet 515 Rotor-X Paddlewheel Flow Sensors are highly repeatable, rugged sensors that offer exceptional value with little or no maintenance. The output signal of the Model 515 is a sinusoidal frequency capable of driving a self-powered flowmeter (Model 3-5090). The wide dynamic flow range of 0.3 to 6 m/s (1 to 20 ft/s) allows the sensor to measure liquid flow rates in full pipes and can be used in low pressure systems.

8550 Flow Transmitters

+GF+’ SIGNET 8550 Flow Transmitters are advanced instruments that convert the signal from all ‘+GF+’ SIGNET flow sensors into a 4 to 20 mA signal for long distance transmission. Configuration flexibility is maximized with single or dual input/output, two optional relays for process control, two packaging options for integral/pipe mount or panel installation, and scalability for virtually any flow range or engineering unit.

BC104 Batch Controller

The introduction of the BC-104 brings to Anderson’s offering of superior products an extremely versatile and complete control package. To start, the BC-104 offers all of the capabilities of any stand alone batch controller in a single panel mount device. Then add to this package analog input capability, control inputs, and additional relay and analog outputs that are integrated using an internal programmable logic controller, and you have a device which can satisfy a multitude of custom processing needs.

Field Indicators Flowmetrics

Field Indicators are secondary display devices. They also amplify, filter, condition, scale, and convert low level “raw” signals produced by many transducers and convert it into the desired industry standard high level signal prior to transmitting it across potentially environments.

Flow Computers & Batch Controllers

Flow Batch Controllers are special purpose instruments which are intended to be used in conjunction with a flow sensor and control valve to dispense a desired amount of fluid into a container, tank, or vehicle. In some cases the temperature may also by used to estimate the fluid density form stored fluid properties. Our batch controllers are capable of Batch Overrun Compensation, Two-Stage Batching, Slow Fill, Count Mode, as well as providing for a variety of other functions such as printing and remote start/stop.

FM Series Turbine Flowmeters

FM Series turbine flowmeters provide exceptionally reliable digital outputs. These flowmeters are being used for a wide variety of liquid and gas flow sensing applications. FM Series range in size from 1/2 inch to 12 inches, offers a high turn-down with minimum uncertainty and very repeatable output. The turbine flowmeter is ideal, if the liquid to be metered has a viscosity of 500 cst or less for 2 inch and larger flowmeter, and 200 cst for smaller than 2 inch flowmeters.

Flowmetrics

FMG Series positive displacement flowmeters

The FMG Series positive displacement flowmeter is used with low, medium, or high viscosity fluids. Used in numerous hydraulic test stands, aerospace, automotive, and petrochemical industries, the FMG is well suited for batch mixing and lube oil blending.

Flowmetrics

FMP Series Insertion Flowmeter

FMP Series prime application is large diameter pipes or ducts where traditional flow meter equipment is bulky, expensive, or difficult to maintain. FMP Series are well suited in applications exhibiting high-pressure drop characteristics and/or limited flow ranges where “in-line” flow meters would not be suitable. Ranges: Liquid 0.3 FPS, Gas 1.0 FPS.

Flowmetrics

FMT Series Flowmeters

FMT Flowmeters are capable of measuring extremely low flow rates (0.002GPM in liquids and 0.01 ACFM in gases). The FMT flowmeter is a unique volumetric device which uses a dual-orifice design to direct a stream of fluid tangent to low mass/balanced rotor and a precision bearing to provide maximum sensitivity. This geometry also eliminates the need for flow straighteners and allows for greater repeatability.

HM Series Turbine Flowmeter

Anderson’s HM-series turbine flowmeter is the solution for applications requiring an economical, accurate flowmeter. Using the proven method of counting the rotation of a turbine within a flowing stream of liquid, the “HM” turbine flowmeter is not merely a modification of an industrial design, but a design that was created specifically for the sanitary food and dairy industry.

IZML Flowmeter

The IZML Flowmeter is a precision instrument that mounts directly to the process line, and provides real-time information about the process. The IZML measures current generated from conductive product passing through an electromagnetic field. The resulting information that the IZML generates can be used to provide an instantaneous indication of the rate of a liquid or collected over time to indicate a totoal of what has passed through the pipe.

IZMS Series Electromagnetic Flowmeter

The IAMS series electromagnetic flowmeter is the ideal choice for conductive fluids and slurries. Measurement accuracy is unaffected by product viscosity, density, temperature, and the presence of suspended particulates and solids.

MAG/RF Pickups

These Pickups are hermetically sealed for resistance to moisture and other atmospheric contamination and can withstand repeated thermocycling in temperatures ranging from -450 degrees F to 450 degrees F.

MRC7800 Circular Chart Recorder

A special purpose instrument with an algorithm to automatically calculate relative humidity from wet bulb and dry bulb temperatures. A microcontroller based, one or two pen, 10″ circular chart recorder, available in three versions; basic recorder, recording controller, and recording profile controller. The controller is capable of controlling any process from simple on/off to dual 4-20mA outputs with full PID on both pens. Can be panel or surface mounted.

Ratemeters/Totalizers Flowmetrics

Rate/Totalizers are available to work with most flowmeter types and most common electrical signals produced by flowmeters. In some cases and amplifier or signal conditioner may be necessary. Non-Linearity corrections are available in some units.
